Our Story

Thank you so much for visiting our honeymoon registry website!

We met over eleven years ago in a bowling league at Paradise in Parkland, WA when we were both twelve. We went to rival high schools and many school dances together as kids. After high school we both went to Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. For those of you who don't know, Derek proposed in an airplane over the Snoqualmie Falls this past summer. Derek is now a middle school mathematics teacher and high school football coach. Carissa is now an RN working at St. Joseph Hospital in Tacoma, WA. Throughout our long history together we have helped each other achieve our dreams, and we would like you to help us celebrate!

We are very much looking forward to our honeymoon at the beautiful Marriott resort in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands! It will be Derek's first time visiting the east coast and we are both very excited to have a nice relaxing vacation on the beach in the sun!
